Founder & CEO
Vinh is the Founder and CEO of Restaurant CEO, bringing more than two decades of food and beverage experience as an owner-operator, executive leader, and strategic advisor. His background spans the full restaurant lifecycle, including concept development, brand strategy, operations, technology, financial performance, and multi-market expansion.
His cross-functional experience across operations, human resources, culinary, finance, sales, and marketing enables him to translate ambitious ideas into scalable systems, high-performing teams, and sustainable growth platforms for emerging concepts and multi-unit restaurant groups.

Josh Onishi
Chief Financial Officer
Josh Onishi brings decades of executive leadership experience to Restaurant CEO, following a distinguished career as President and CEO of Hana Group and Peach Dining Group. He led a $140 million enterprise spanning 300 company-owned locations, 70 franchisees, and 20 delivery-partner clients, while developing strategic partnerships with Whole Foods.
Under his leadership, revenue grew by 33% and EBITDA increased by 65% over three years, strengthening the company’s performance and positioning it for a successful $574 million acquisition and continued long-term growth.

George Sibble
Chief Technology Officer
George brings deep restaurant technology and platform-development expertise to Restaurant CEO, having designed and built the technology behind Omnivore’s integration platform. His work connected restaurant POS systems, mobile applications, online ordering platforms, and major third-party delivery marketplaces, including DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, and Seamless.
By developing a unified API for restaurant operators, technology providers, and emerging F&B companies, George helped simplify connectivity across the digital restaurant ecosystem and support the processing of billions of orders at scale.
